The Law of Attraction

“You will not develop any meaningful understanding of who you are in this play of life until you get a grip on how it works and how to make it work for you. Therefore a prerequisite to the understanding we would teach is an understanding of Law of Attraction and how it brings your life experience to you.
“You are a magnetic beacon sending out a constant, but ever changing vibration that brings to you those elements that resonate most closely with your present vibration. Your vibration is the sum of what you are, what you were, what you think, what you desire, what you think about and what you believe.
“It is not sufficient to merely ask for what you want; you must also firmly believe that it is coming and hold yourself in a position of expectancy of that very thing, event, or relationship. That in itself will be a lifetime of work for some of you.”

Lack of intention yields random results

“Lack of intention yields random results at best and the distinct possibility of being swept up in the negative thinking patterns and doubtful intentions of others. When you coast about in neutral there is little to prevent the unguided intentions of others from garnering support from your thinking mechanism. It is not so much that there are those who are deliberately attempting to throw you off track, but simply that is their course and that is their direction of lack of intention. As you move forward during this period, clear focus, attending to details of your vision, the knowing why you are wanting that which you vision, will enhance the wanting, the pure desire of it. All of this will smooth your pathway.”

Tell your own future

“In every way you can, be that which you are desiring to be, so that vibrationally it must begin to surround you. You are not going to open your eyes into that reality in an instant. You will however open your eyes one day and realize you are living exactly that which you intended on this day. The greater your consistency the greater your effect will be.
“Writing your story of the future is a good start, but now you must begin to live all the aspects of it that you can in your now moment. It is through the feeling of it that you will vibrate it into being. Your feeling is the indicator of your vibrational reality and your vibrational reality will inevitably become your physical reality, no ifs, ands, or buts. Be the one from the future. The future as you see it is already real.”

You must convince yourself

“You really have to convince yourself of your story; the story that you are writing for yourself. And you can do this in a variety of ways. Retelling the same desired story over and over is one way to accomplish this. Re-vision it every day.
“If you are finding that which is positive and worthy of praise and appreciation then you are not looking for the negative stuff that is part of whatever old story you had for yourself. The battle in your world is not among the elements, the battle in your world is between these two conflicting stories within yourself:  the story you told before as a consequence of whatever experiences you had suffered, and the story you are wanting to tell now, the story of glory and success and joy. It is not being enacted in your physical world for any other reason that this.”

Your vision is the whole book; you live it one day at a time

“Your life experience is like a book and you experience it one paragraph at a time, one page at a time. Your vision board, vision workshop is like the whole book if you could just look at the pages all at once. And of course in the physical you can’t, except to look at them edgewise. But in some way that’s what your vision board or workspace is, an edgewise view of a life that must be experienced one page at a time.

“So when you finish your envisioning of what is to be you step into that book on page one. And the next day you step into page one. It’s always the first day, a new beginning. But you are getting somewhere, you are progressing through the book and the things that you want are all in there; all of them. But you have to live it out. This is ongoing creation that you are part of and the things you want must be seeded and gestated before they can be birthed into your world.

“God’s not picking on you in particular, that’s just the way it is. When you see someone seemingly get something instantly it just means they finally turned to that page; its been in their book a long time. So when you do your visioning, realize that you are sort of peeking ahead, looking at the pages from the side so you can get a glimpse of what lies ahead. Of course, you are actually creating what lies ahead but that’s a different topic.

“As you step out into your life, know that this is just a single page on a single day and that the best is yet to come. And it may get here today, or it may get here tomorrow or early next week, but it will come. It will arrive. Its in your book. Don’t take score of today as if it were the outcome. Your condition is not your conclusion.

“Wouldn’t it be foolish if someone picked up a book, opened up to a page and read it, and then set the book down and said, “Well, I didn’t like the way that book ended.” You would say to them “Well, of course not. You have to read the whole thing. You didn’t get to any of the good parts. You didn’t read the ending—how do you know?” And you know it’s a great book because you’re the one who’s written the book. The thoughts you think today, the words you say, the inspired actions you take, all will determine what fills the remainder of those pages.

“So don’t judge your own book by the cover, or by just one page. It’s a work in progress and you are going to live it one day at a time, one paragraph at a time, one page at a time.”
